The Orientation Session introduces the structure, content, and expectations for the Ethereum 2.0 Mastery Specialization Program. It outlines the comprehensive journey of transitioning participants into skilled blockchain developers with expertise in Ethereum 2.0.

1. Introduction to the Program Team:

2. Program Overview:
   • Focus Areas:
     • JavaScript Crash Course.
     • Blockchain Basics and Smart Contracts.
     • Ethereum Development and EVM.
     • PoW to PoS Transition.
     • NFT Development and Web3 Concepts.
     • Ethereum 2.0, Validators, Beacon Chain, and Sharding.
3. Session Structure:
   • Timings: 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday).
   • Dedicated Q&A slots for addressing queries from previous and current sessions.
4. Rules and Expectations:
   • Focus on learning and avoid ego clashes.
   • No discussions on cryptocurrencies or trading.
   • Participation in assignments and quizzes is mandatory.
   • Misbehavior will not be tolerated.
5. Objective of the Program:
   • A 3-month immersive learning journey designed to provide a lifetime experience, equipping students with skills to excel in Ethereum 2.0 development.
